Overview

• Under the direction of the Disciples of Carlo Acutis Coordinator, is responsible for live streaming Masses and other designated services to the parish congregation and online viewers as required.

 

Responsibilities

• Operates two fixed PTZ (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) cameras and a fixed wireless camera with zoom capability, as well as wireless mic and receiver, and any other equipment assigned.

 

• Understands the various sequences in the Mass and other services to ensure seamless transitions between segments.
   

• Focuses on video composition to enhance the quality of live streaming content.
   

• Is responsible for finding a replacement in the event of short notice cancellation and advising the Ministry Coordinator.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications 

• Is a registered, active member of the parish.

 

• Is at least 18 years old and knows the basics of the Roman Catholic faith.
   

• Previous experience is not necessary, as a 12-hour training program with a qualified technician to master the skills required for live streaming operations is required.
   

• Is a strong team player, possesses interest in learning new technologies, and can follow instructions closely.
